Welcome to Pacucha Glamping. These terms and conditions apply to your stay in our facilities. By booking, you agree to abide by the terms detailed below.

1. Reservations and Payments

Reservation Requirement: To confirm your stay, a prepayment of 50% of the daily rate is required.
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit card payments, bank transfer, Yape and cash payment at the hotel.
Reservation Confirmation: The reservation is confirmed via WhatsApp, where you will receive all the information about the hotel and the details of your stay.
Pricing Policy: Rates may vary by date and season, and include applicable taxes.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Conditions:
- 30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund, less administrative costs.
- Between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the room rate.
- Less than 15 days prior to arrival: No refund.
Modification of Dates or Number of Guests: Modifications to the date of stay or number of guests are allowed at no additional cost up to 7 days prior to the stay, subject to availability.

3. Check-in and check-out times

Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
Use of Facilities: Guests may remain in the common areas after check-out at no additional cost.
Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability with an additional cost of 90 soles, extending the schedule by 2 hours.

4. Rules of Stay

General Rules: It is forbidden to smoke inside the domes, make excessive noise and respect both the infrastructure and the natural areas.
Capacity of the Domes: Each dome allows a maximum of 3 guests, with an additional charge of 100 soles for the third person, which includes an additional mattress and breakfast.
Use of Shared Facilities: The outdoor facilities and restaurant are available to all guests and visitors of the restaurant.
Está prohibido el ingreso de personas no autorizadas o que no sean parte de la reserva o estadía, así como el ingreso de alimentos o bebidas.

5. Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly accommodation. Pets are welcome under the following conditions:
- Care of Facilities: Pets must not damage furnishings or natural areas and may not climb on beds.
- Accessories: Owners must bring their pet's bedding.
- Restrictions for Dangerous Breeds: Pets of breeds classified as dangerous must always be on a leash.
- Additional Charges: There are no additional charges for pet boarding.

6. Services and Facilities

Services Included in the Stay: The stay includes breakfast, complimentary beverage and nightly bonfire.
Additional Services: We offer additional activities (excursions, hikes, etc.) with additional costs. Ask at reception for more details.
Loss and Damage: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the hotel is not responsible for loss or damage.

7. Security Policy

Safety Zones and Signage: The lodge has clearly marked safety zones, visible signage and fire extinguishers in strategic areas.
Accident Liability: Pacucha Glamping is not responsible for accidents or damages that may occur to guests on or off the premises.
Protective Measures: We have surveillance and access control for the safety of our guests. In case of emergency, please contact the staff for assistance.

8. Liability and Limitation of Liability

External Activities: Pacucha Glamping is not responsible for external tourist activities, such as excursions or hikes to Sondor. However, we recommend a list of additional service providers so that guests can opt for reliable services.
Force Majeure Situations: In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, pandemics or other unforeseeable situations, the hotel is not responsible for interruptions in service or refunds.
Pérdida de Objetos Personales: Pacucha Glamping no se hace responsable por la pérdida, extravío u olvido de objetos personales dentro de las instalaciones, incluyendo habitaciones, áreas comunes o estacionamiento, tales como cargadores, dispositivos electrónicos, dinero, joyas u otras pertenencias de valor. Recomendamos a nuestros huéspedes verificar sus pertenencias antes del check-out y mantener sus objetos personales bajo su cuidado durante toda su estadía.

9. Privacy and Data Protection Policy

Use of Personal Information: The personal information collected will be used exclusively for the reservation process and marketing communications of Pacucha Glamping. We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our guests in accordance with current regulations.

10. Modification of Terms and Conditions

Pacucha Glamping reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The changes will be informed to the guests by WhatsApp or through the communication channel used to make the reservation.
